CCBFA Annual Holiday Party

Cocktails & Hors d’oeuvres: 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Dinner: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

DJ & Dancing: 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Appropriate dinner dance attire required.

No registrations will be accepted after December 2nd!

Party and reservation notes:

In the “Notes” section, include details such as who you would like to be seated with (company name), number of tables being reserved or the number attendees requesting vegetarian selections.

If you are paying by check, reservations are not guaranteed until your check has been received.

Checks must be received no later than December 2nd.
