2017 CCBFA Annual Golf Outing – 50^th Anniversary!!!

The CCBFA is celebrating its 50^th Anniversary this year!!!  Whether you play golf on a regular basis or do not play much golf at all, please come join your industry colleagues and try your luck at a $50,000 Hole-In-One Contest and a $5,000 Putting Contest!  The format is a best ball scramble with awards given to teams and individuals.  If you cannot join us for golf, then please join us for lunch and door prizes!

Location:          Bridges of Poplar Creek Country Club – 1400 Poplar Creek Dr., Hoffman Estates, IL – (847) 884-0219
When:                Thursday, July 13^th, 2017
Time:                  7:30am – Registration & Breakfast (coffee, juice, breakfast sandwiches)
Golf:                    8:30am – Shotgun Start (practice range with balls included for one hour before tee off)
Luncheon:        Following once play is complete

*Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis for paid golfers.  Golf is limited to the first 144 paid golfers.  If not paying on-line with a credit card, payment must be received by Wednesday, July 5^th at:  CCBFA – P.O. Box 66365, Chicago, IL 60666.  If your registration / payment comes after July 5^th, you may be charged a $65.00 penalty due to contract obligations from the club.

Golf course dress code:  No cutoffs, gym trunks, running shorts, t-shirts (men’s shirt must have a collar), no jeans of any kind, halter-tops or bathing suits.  These rules will be strictly enforced.

• Golf & Lunch* – $125.00
• Lunch Only* – $60.00

CCBFA Non-Member Price

• Golf & Lunch* – $160.00
• Lunch Only* – $75.00

Terms and Conditions

• No cancellations will be accepted after Friday, June 30^th; you will be billed otherwise
• Lunch includes a vegetarian option.  Please note on comment section if desired
• *$5.00 of each ticket will go toward the CCBFA Scholarship Fund
